We want to promote movement for life, because no day is the same and we don't believe you should be regimented with your movement patterns. We focus on optimising fitness through four core pillars: breathwork training, mobility improvement, movement and continuous self-betterment. We emphasise enhancing overall physical and mental performance by integrating these elements into a holistic approach.

- Represented NZ in two sports Stand Up Paddleboarding & Surf Life Saving
- 2 x Age group winner of the Molokai 2 Oahu Paddleboard World Champs
- Multiple National Championships in Surf Life Saving

- Oxygen Advantage - Functional Breathing Instructor
