We want to promote movement for life, because no day is the same and we don't believe you should be regimented with your movement patterns. We focus on optimising fitness through four core pillars: breathwork training, mobility improvement, movement and continuous self-betterment. We emphasise enhancing overall physical and mental performance by integrating these elements into a holistic approach.

About Ollie Puddick

Ollie is an accomplished waterman, firefighter, and businessman. A true professional in training and harnessing the powers of the body and mind, he excels in helping individuals navigate tough situations and achieve personal growth. With an in-depth understanding of cardiovascular training and knowledge gained through years of trial and error and learning from the world’s best coaches, and mentors. Ollie stands out in his field. Having trained under Dave Wood at Integrated Training this has led him down the path of self discovery. 

He has crafted his own successful training programs and written countless programs for other athletes. Whether you want to breathe more efficiently for your chosen sport, or simply want to feel better day to day, Ollie can provide expert guidance. He offers a unique approach to training, addressing both physical and mental challenges to help you reach your full potential.


Why?

For the past six years, Ollie has proudly served as a professional firefighter, thriving in high-stress environments. His extensive experience in ironman racing, swimming, and paddling in some of the world's most dangerous waters has equipped him with exceptional skills to perform under pressure and maintain elite cardiovascular capability. These abilities not only benefit him in his firefighting duties but also in his training and competitive endeavours.

Additionally, adequate mobility supports optimal posture and movement patterns, enhancing athletic performance, functional ability, and quality of life.

Modern life is constantly throwing things at us and how we respond to that stress and pressure directly correlates to our breathing mechanics and our functional breathing techniques.
